My weight has been a struggle all my life. I've tried every "easy" way to loss weight. (WHICH BY THE WAY, THEY WERE NOT EASY OR FUN) I now know there is no quick road, cheat, or miracle drug to be healthy. It is all about work, self love, choices, and courage.  If I want it I have to fight for it. I now have the Courage to fight for me and my health. 

My elevated Journey to a healthier me starts July 22, 2015.

My major goals are:

  1. To eat 6 times a day. 3 snacks (fruits & veggies) and 3 main meals (lean protein and high fiber). I'm going to try and stay away from gluten, milk, and processed sugar.
  2. Stay hydrated with 64 oz -120 oz of water a day. 
  3. 10,000 steps a day. With additional muscle training work outs 2-3 times a week. 
  4. Post 1-5 positive things about how I'm doing and feeling daily.
