Down more weight than expected. V is saying I'm not eating enough and I definitely hadn't eaten enough yesterday. Easier not to be hungry when it's bloody hot. My "just eat when you're hungry" plan may need some additional thought.
The "maybe don't have donuts/scones/pastry o' the day" and "skip the sugar in my daily cup (okay, gallon) of coffee "plan is sound--but gotta make sure I eat enough protein and other good fuel, too.
(Whatever the case, this is a damned sight better than my last weight-loss process!)
