So I have joined the Transformer diet bet. It is 6 months long and the goal is to lose 10% of your body weight in that time. In my case that means about 21 lbs. I am pretty excited for this. 

Step 1: Create a 6month chart of the weigh in goals. Check!

Step 2: Hide all junk food in the garage, so that if I really want it, I have to work to get it and actually think about it first.

Step 3: Make time for myself. I have to work for my goal & time management is a big part of working towards a goal. Make the time. 

Step 4: Have awesome friend move in who doubles as personal trainer and will help motivate and encourage me! (July 29th) 

Step 5: Enjoy it! This is what I want. Remind myself that I am happier when I am active and accomplishing or working towards a goal! The longer it takes to acheive, the harder I work for it, the more satisfaction I will feel when I have completed my goal.
