Exercise and fitness have always been a big part of my life. I grew up playing soccer and still do. Thanks to soccer and some injuries that I got along the way I found my passion. I'm currently going to school to become an Athletic Trainer. Love it! Who wouldn't want to work athletes and watch sports all day long? Haha ok don't answer that. Anyways on my free time which is not a lot I am working on getting my Personl Trainer certification. It's definitely not as easy as people think it is. With my classes and all the infortmation I'm learning, friends and family have been asking for advice and even plans. Now I don't in anyway think I'm expert and I do not get paid for this. It's just great practice for me. I make exercise and nutrition plans. My plans have ranged from getting toned, to gaining weight to losing weight. My friends and family have seen results and it's great to see! So it's great and all that I can do this, but the problem is I can't take my own advice. I mean I do my workouts because I have to for soccer but my nutrition is absolutely terrible. There's reasons behind that but that's a story for another day. In the recent weeks I have gotten a lot of motivation and DietBet is just another one of those motivations. I'm not going to achieve my goal if I don't follow my advice. So it's time to get on my own bandwagon!! My body is made 80% in the kitchen and 20% in the gym/field. I hope you all are working hard and staying motivated!!
