Well since having my youngest over a year and a half ago, I have not tried very hard to lose the baby weight. I still had the baby weight I gained w/ my 1st son and he's 3! I swore after my 2nd son was born i was going to be active and get fit. well adjusting to two little munchkins and working full time proved a little more daunting than i expected (and i wouldn't change it for anything). but my husband and I decided we really needed to get on the healthy track again. since i signed up for this bet ive been making a conscious effort to eating healthier. i'm not the greatest cook so it will be trial and error but so far so good. My goals are to lose the 4%, go to the gym 3 days a week and begin a couch to 5k program.
