One day when you wake up and just feel the extra fat on your body; at what point is enough enough? 

I decided that today was enough and that I am going to keep my mind focussed on getting myself in kick butt shape! I don't know how I fell off the wagon of eating right and working out 3-4 days a week, but I will tell you this....I am not giving up on myself ever and no matter who is around me with whatever food I shouldn't eat, discouragment or anything non-loving; I will stay strong and be an overcomer! 

I am going to concquer my eating habit and change it for the better and make a life style change to having an excerciseing routine that will help me not only loose the weight I want but tone too.
