So this is my first blog so please forgive me!! I have been on this journey for two years and have lost 30 pounds. Then I came to a sudden halt. Still have 20 more pounds to go!! I hope this will give me the push I need! 

My plan is to watch my portions, exersize at least 3 times a week, and cut back on my achole intake (hey thats a lot for me no judging lol)!! I love food and I choose not to give up on it but I will try to cut back on how much I eat. I do drink a lot of water. I usually have 4 drinks in a week and will cut it down to 2. For exersize run at least one time a week (3+ miles) and weights and challenges for the rest. 

I can do this!!
