So today is day #3 and I feel really good that I can reach my goal. Last night I fell, but it was with something that I already knew was risky before I did it. I stayed up late to watch tv and whenever I do this I end up eating a bunch of food. So no more. Starting tonight instead I will shower, get ready for bed, brush and floss and take care of my hair. Then at 10:00 I will go to bed. I feel pretty good about this, the only problem is Isaiah doesn't go to bed until 11:00 so I just have to make sure he's not doing anything I wouldn't want him doing while I was awake.
I am excited about this though because I know when I weigh in at the end of the month that this will make a difference. Also I will start walking today. I said I wouldn't exercise in this challenge but I'm going to start out by just walking a mile or two, just to get everything moving. The other thing is I will have less potatoes today and just mix them with my lentil soup.
There is absolutely no reason why I can't lose 4% of my weight in 28 days. With God's help I got this.
