Weekends are hard for me becuase I don't have a set schedule like on the weekdays. This weekend, I just tried to walk a little more and watch my portions.

Just went to the gym before work this morning, feels great to get the workout out of the way so I don't have to think about it! It will also help me with what I eat because I don't want to undo the work. I made food for today last night so I can have healthy food that's ready to go when those bad food decisions sneak up on me. I'm planning on going to the gym in the morning 3x a week and other activities throughout the week in combination with healthy , portion controlled eating.
