This morning a started my day with my 30 minutes exercise and after with a large breakfast I was looking forward to it!

Ham and cheese toasted sandwich and a caffelatte with sweatner.

I will have a little lunch and tonigh we are going out for a pizza with my two boys, my husband and some friends. 

I want to be on diet but steel have good times and fun!

My goals for this week are to excirce 30minutes every day and to follow the turbo carb cycling.

I will start today with high carbs and 2 days with low carbs and start again.

Will try to keep this as my dietbet diary, and I really hope to be motivated as now for all this 4 weeks!!!
