Well, not my first time dieting or even doing a weightloss challenge, but my first DietBet.

Now, normally money is not a big motivator for me, but this morning as I hit snooze on my phone for the third time, I repeated the amount of the pot to myself over and over until I pulled my sneakers on and got to work.

I will use my special weigh-in word as a mantra everytime I feel myself getting weak.  I think this will also be a wonderful motivator.

I am keeping in my mind what I'm going to treat myself to when I win.  I know this amount of weight is not really going to change what size pants I wear so I'm leaning more toward sports bras, massages, shoes, etc.
