I'm excited to start this round of 28 day challenges.  I know that I still have a lot more to lose, but it's been more difficult to meet the 4% goals.  That part's frustrating but I know that it gets harder the less I weigh.  I just want to break through that 240 mark by January on the six month bet.  But, for this one, we're all going to rock it out (not statistically, but inspirationally)!
