And my desire to wear summery clothes like tanks, breezy sleeveless tops, and the latest on my lust list, crop tops, is yet unfulfilled. How I always "plan", at the beginning of year, to achieve a body to wear all those, and implement very little towards that, is getting very tiring and annoying to say the least. 

So, here it is, yet another attempt towards that. But I'm doing something different this time, and hoping it works. I'm trying to involve people I know in my grand plans. My earlier attempts were always "lone battles", and they cannot be won easily. Thanks to Social dieting, or rather "Social working out" as I'd like to call it, I'm hoping I can win this battle this time. 

Here's what I plan to achieve (in the next 6 months):

  1. Tone my arms (put in the measurements later) so I can wear the sleeveless tops and dresses without any iota of embarrassment. 
  2. Lose love handles around my tummy (put in the measurements later) so I can wear crop tops and low waist pants. 
  3. Tone my legs (especially around my thighs) so I can wear just above knee skirts/dresses, and shorts.

I CAN do this!
