I want to get serious.

I want to stop wishing I had a better body and get off my ass AND MAKE IT HAPPEN.

I am starting a diet bet on Monday. For the next month, I am going to be using my fitness pal religiously and doing some type of exercise for 30-45 minutes a day.

I need to do this not only for myself but for my family.

I am getting married next April and I do not want to be a fat bride. I know that sounds awful, but I want to look pretty for my big day.

So starting tomorrow I will do my 30-45 minutes of exercise. Slow and steady wins the race. :)
