Well, it's that time, time to kickstart my health and become a happier me. So, my goal today is to walk at least 10,000 steps at work, drink a gallon of water, and drink no soda at work. I woke up two my two little fur babies and decided to clean the apartment become I start work at 5:00 (I work at Applebee's at a server and bartender). I am about to make some breakfast and pack a snack and dinner for work. For breakfast I am thinking some oatmeal, for a snack I have some fruits and veggies, and for dinner I think I am going to make a chicken breast and some rice. Fingers crossed, I know it will be hard but this is the start of something new.
