So i want to lose weight not just to look better. I truly want a healthier life. Heart disease and diabetes run on both sides of my family and I have already started following in their footsteps. I am only 20. I was never very small growing up, but I looked healthy. After graduation I gained about 60 pounds in two months. It was all very stressful for me. Now two years later I can feel the effects on my heart and breathing. I have lost about 20 pounds since the begining of my weight loss journey. However, I work in the most delicious family owned BBQ place here in my home town, so as you can imagine it's very hard to resist free food. It's also almost impossible to find anything healthy there. So my point is, I need to do this for myself and for my self confidence.
