Decided to stop using my ACL reconstruction as an excuse to be lazy. From here on out, I will hold myself, not my injury, accountable for how chubby I've gotten. I'm starting this one 6lbs more than when I first started DB, and +14 from my last weigh in. 

Today I have eaten well, drank lots of water, and did my arm day exercises. Tomorrow is booty/legs, and maybe a bike ride. I'm not falling off of the horse this time. I love working out once I get into the groove... just have to keep pushing 'til I get there.

Success comes from not giving up and making each day a small victory. Today I was victorious because I decided to start, and I did.
