I have hit the heaviest I have ever been in my life and I am appalled at myself. It has been shear laziness and gluttony. It's time for a change! I want to be an example for my children to get out and get moving and be mindful of what you put into your body or there are undesirable consequences.

I've just scheduled a new game "LOSE IT for the WIN!". So far I am alone in this. My friends don't seem to understand the concept of Diet Bet... and I don't want to be going this alone. Anyone want to join me?
