Hope everyone started the week on the right track.  I had my first day of school in over TWO YEARS, so it was  a very exciting day for me.  I am proud of myself for eating healthy today.  I had 3 hard boiled eggs for a light breakfast since it's so hard for me to fill up in the morning or I'll end up feeling nauseous.  I paired this with the obligatory cup of coffee with a spoonful of Coffeemate creamer.  For a mid-morning snack, I brought a baggie of whole grain Cheerios with a little bit of granola mixed in for the energy boost.  I found that my tummy was growling half-way through the morning, so next time I'll try and fill up on some more protein or veggies.  I had a banana and string cheese for lunch--again not much, BUT I could have easily walked across the street to Carl's Jr or The Habit.  This was an easy decision.  I was not hungry for that junk at all.  SOOO I consider that progress in itself.  By 4pm I was starving.  My boyfriend picked me up from school and we stopped by El Pollo Loco.  He knows I'm doing this Dietbet and he pointed out that they have an "Under 500 calorie" menu.  I was thankful that he was able to keep me on the right track and hold me accountable (if I had that craving for a quesadilla!!)  So I opted for a whole wheat burrito stuffed with avocado, chicken, black beans, and salsa fresca.  Delish.

I was unable to work out today.  We unexpectedly paid a visit to my boyfriend's family on the other side of town and ended up staying wayyyy longer than anticipated.  That being said, I filled up on some good ole' fashioned H2O instead of anything they had to offer.

I have my first day off work and school in what seems like decades tomorrow, so I'm going to hit the gym hard with some cardio and a little bit of weights.

On Wednesday I'm off to Mammoth for a camping trip with some friends until Saturday.  I'm excited for any activities that can keep me on my feet.  I'm sure we'll be hiking and walking quite a bit.  Does anyone have any ideas for what else I can do at the campground to work out?

Good luck to everyone this week!!
