Soo.. ..post-pregnancy. I'm now a mother! During pregnancy I gained almost 20 kg., two weeks after giving birth I'd lost around 14 kg., then nothing happend. My weight-loss stopped. I want to get back on track and I'll work hard to get to where I used to be.
I had a not-so complicated pregnancy, still my motivation for excercising was at a very little place for almost 7 out of the 9 months. I was feeling bad about myself and my body and wasn't really prepared for the whole pregnancy- and giving birth-thing.
Now that I'm on the other side of this, I'm happier than ever. I have a new-found mental strength, but my physical strength is not excisting. Slowly I'm getting back on running, and in the nearest furture, I will start strengthening my body again. Food has never really been the problem, I like to eat healthy, although I tend to snack a little to much.
