Ok, so for real, I ate McDonalds like at least once a day... I just loved getting those large fries and dipping them in BBQ sauce, along side my double grease patty and large dr pepper.  Since I've given up fast food (which has been for 10 days now!), I don't even want that crap!  The food I've been eating has been so flavorful and I am in love!  Dieting doesn't have to be limited to one type of food, just eating healthy, cutting back on the bad stuff and NO sodas, this is awesome!  I have so much more energy lately and am feeling great about myself!

This is what I cooked and ate today.  OH EM GEE it was sooooo good!  I ate it on flat bread and added a slice of cheese.  I would have never cooked this stuff if I hadn't given up McDonalds!  

You litterally only use 3 boneless chicken breast, buffalo sauce and 1 pack of dry ranch dressing seasoning!  The link below is the full directions!
