On 3rd day of a diet bet and I am already feeling quite amazing!  Happier in the morning an more pleasant with my kids (all 4 of them).  Up early to get my minimum of 30min work out in and off to enjoy my husband before making breakfast for us and the kids (ours is quite more healthy in comparison to theirs of course!). Them off to school, and then me off to work!! Wow!  Admittedly my hardest task besides making the effort and time to work out is the nightly glass, 2, or 3 of my beloved red wine before bed! BUT, on the flip side, I'm up earlier and more refreshed switching it for water!  Keeping that positive mindset and keeping a plan will go a long way in my journey ahead!!!
