Today, Sunday September 13, is the first Sunday packed with American football games as the 2015 season begins.
So while i'll be in front of the TV a lot today, i'll build on a strategy I used last year which was to ride the exercise bike while watching the games. Today i'll mix things up a little and try the following for each game I watch:
- Ride the exercise bike for 30 minutes
- 4 reps of 15 Russian Kettlebell swings
- 4 minutes of bicycle crunches
I don't know if this is too aggressive or not enough, i'll adjust accordingly so i don't injure myself.
