To reach my goal of becoming the biggest loser in this game over the next month, my plan is to eat at a reasonable 20% deficit (1800 calories) with my macros set to 65% Fat, 30% Protein, 5% Carbs and my meals spread out to 5x per day (Breakfast, Lunch 1, Lunch 2, Lunch 3, Dinner) and no free meals. This alone should put me around a 1-1.5 lb loss per week. I'm then planning on adding the workout routines provided by Amy on top of my current 2-3x per week workout routine. Depending on the nature of the workouts, I may also add extra cardio workouts like jogging or elliptical.
Having already lost 80 lbs in the past 7 months, this will be a challenge. It has become more and more difficult to lose weight as I've approached my goal of 100 lb weight loss.
If lifting gets in the way of my losses, I may quit on my gains temporarily and substitute cardio for the purposes of this competition.
