Wow! So as the header says over a lb gone!! I worked out numerous times today, and consumed over 3L of water by noon! Just had string cheese as a late night snack. My ab muscles won't ease up enough to allow me to sleep..... Took my daughter to the doctor over her congestion, and she's A OK. Better safe than sorry. Any who... Managed to maintain my diet even though I stopped at BK for her lunch. Boy was my mouth watering!! I know you shouldn't cut out everything, but I refuse to sabotage all my hard work!!!!
