I need help with this. I dont know what that help looks like though: an online buddy/friend to check in with daily? Weekly? A work out partner in real life? 

I've participated in DietBet, 4 times before this round. And never completed a goal. I'd get close each time, but never push it to the end, as some trivial distraction would come up and I'd allow myself to get derailed. 

Seven months ago I suffered an emotional trama, and lost a significant amount of weight from it, quickly and in an unhealthy way. Over the past months since, I've slowly gained it all back and then some.

I'm afraid if I don't make a change now and lose weight, I am going to be stuck forever. I'm pretty sad these days, and that doesn't help the situation.

If anyone out "there" reads this and wants to be daily check in buddies or something, message me! Or lives in the NH seacoast, we can workout together! Though I'm going through a rough period in life, in general I'm positive and fun. I'm a social creature by nature and I really think a "team unit" feel would really help me and hopefuly another too!

 

 

And if a buddy doesn't come along, I'm still going to work my hardest to achive this goal.
