Well I decided to go out on a limb and host my own DietBet! For me, I need motivation everyday! I need a challenge, something to work on. I understand with DietBet you're betting against yourself and really others as well but I think having constant activity such as challenges, daily/weekly goals will help keep the momentum going! Also, having my own DietBet that i'm responsible for isn't a bad idea to keep going either! My goal for my DietBet, besides losing weight, is to have something always going. Wether it be a water challenge, a push-up challenge, extra veggies or just being nice to yourself challenege! I do want to put out a disclaimer that I am the average josephine and am not a professional! Just a not professional wanting to help myself and others! :) So please join me, October 1st! :)
