I am days away from delivering my third, and final, child.  I am excited and ready to start my new weight loss journey.  I used the excuse that since I was going to get pregnant again it was ok if I gained weight.  After my second child I lost my pregnancy weight plus an additional 35lbs.  Unfortunately I gained 30 of the 35 lbs back before conceiving my third child.  I threw all self control to the wind because we were trying to get pregnant.  I gained 15 lbs in two months.  Not my proudest moment.  This time I am ready to truly make a long term life change.  I need to be healthier for many reasons.  My family deserves a wife and mother that can be active and participate in physical activities.  I also have Multiple Sclerosis.  Maintaining a healthy weight could potentially do wonders for my disease progression.  I have spoken to my neurologist and will be joining a gym so I have access to equipment that can provide a good cardio workout but also offer help with my stability (grab bars, railings, etc).
