I just want to express I was really excited about this, but as the days dwindle down...I have become anxious and nervous about this journey.  It's not like I have never done this before, but this time I really want to succeed not only in weight loss.  I have battled with my weight since college. Lose, gain, lose, gain.  What does it take for me to create a harmony and balance of good eating habits and excersing on a regular? I often pondered that question in my mind.  Once you achieve the weight loss, then what? I really don't have the answer now, but hopefully through the support of this community, I can confidently answer the question and follow through.
