So the trip to NYC ended up being a really good thing for me. We took the stairs whenever there were escalators. I admit, I did not walk to the top of the Empire State Building though. :)

I felt like it was going to be a bad weigh in when I got home though. I don't "feel" lighter yet. But the pictures show clear progress from each weigh in. That's great affirmation this is working!

I'm still not comfortable sharing photos, but am finally considering it.
