Little bit sore today! But I made it to the gym thanks to this extra motiviation!! I went 4-6 days a week from February-April, but have kind of fallen off the bandwagon. Hopefully this keeps me on track!! Started with 5 minutes of Jump Rope....made it about a minute and a half before I thought I was going to die!! But I pushed through & this will get easier! Only made it to 38 consecutive skips, used to be able to go and go and go without tripping up! Shooting for 6 days/week for the challenge!!
