So today I joined Diet Bet with Jamie Eason. I am really excited to do this!!
I have been following her "show me the weigh" workout plan and am headed into weeks 3 & 4
Sept 7 I traded my old eating habits for a new set of clean eating ones. I weighed in at 140 lbs!! Thats alot for a 5ft tall girl. I am now down to 136 and my body is showing signs of improvement. My muscle tone is coming back and the cellulite is disappearing. YEAH
I am also following a vegetarian diet. Not sure why but my body is not liking meat not even the smell.!!
I do eat fish but only cod and salmon as I have allegies to shellfish and other fish. Its a bit of a challenge to get enough protein in but I am managing.
