It is all starting to come together.  My body is starting to feel normal again - yet I still have so far to go.

Stretching alot and working out and walking and biking consistently and the main thing is NOT eating like a pig after 6pm est.

Better food choices (whole grains/fruits/veggies & way less meats and nitrates and junky carbs).

I now believe I can get back down to goal weight of 170lbs in another 9 months or so and just GRIND lower in lbs. each week as long as I stay compliant w/structure and discipline.

I am still a LONG ways towards ultimate goal but losing 25lbs is a start.
