Isn't that the way it goes for most people? You get on that wagon. You fall off. You make an excuse. You get angry. You look for oomph. You get back on that wagon. Jeez! But, at least I'm getting back on. Hopefully, with a little more oomph that last time. 

 

I have two motivators: a cruise with my husband in March and doing Mudderella (for the 3rd time) in June. I have numerous workouts saved, I have the ideas, I just need oomph. Now, where is it??
