I love challenging myself  but I feel anxious at times and visions of No-No foods dance in my head.  I have been doing low carb but had some HaLLOWEEN TREATS and it sent the scales up 5 pounds!  The scale is coming back down but I cannot have another relapse if i am to reach my target.This is my first DietBet game and I want to keep joining up to lose another 25 pounds,  I would like to get to know some more of you to get some more support. I can't participate in th LeBlast movements.  My knees aren't up to it.
