I seem to have have lost a lot of weight in the first few days. That happens. Water loss and I think my body is in shock that it's not receiving cookies and chocolates like it used to. The trick is to be proud of myself but not get complacent. I've been here before and then you think you can go back to eating the old way -- and that doesn't end well. Gotta keep on keepin on!
Breakfast: hearts of palm
Lunch: Greek Yogurt
Snack: blueberries
Dinner: Smoked salmon, honeydew
