I am not making enough changes. I have gotten consistent with my exercise. Mondays I do either a body pump or bootcamp class, Tuesdays I am doing hill climbing/running or a workout with my buddy, Wednesdays and Fridays I am doing body combat. However I am not being consistent in my diet. I usually do well for breakfast and a post workout snack but lunch and dinner have been all over the place and I have been sneaking a few halloween leftovers from my kids. I know, so bad! I really need to work on planning and prepping my food and taking in more water! I think I could still sneak in another workout as well. I'm just here to say I am not giving up! I can do this! Right?

You can do it! I have started the 21 day fix and it has helped tremendously with my food intake. You can really do it without the containers and expensive program if you look up the container sizes and ideas on pinterest. It takes a little planning but works really well with food choices!
