I am not making enough changes. I have gotten consistent with my exercise. Mondays I do either a body pump or bootcamp class, Tuesdays I am doing hill climbing/running or a workout with my buddy, Wednesdays and Fridays I am doing body combat. However I am not being consistent in my diet. I usually do well for breakfast and a post workout snack but lunch and dinner have been all over the place and I have been sneaking a few halloween leftovers from my kids. I know, so bad! I really need to work on planning and prepping my food and taking in more water! I think I could still sneak in another workout as well. I'm just here to say I am not giving up! I can do this! Right?
