
I have been in a routine of once or twice a year, every year, for probably 15 years I set out to lose weight....yet here I am starting again at my highest weight ever. I've been a weight watchers member probably most of the last 7 years. I know how to lose weight, I can lose weight. If I stick to weight watchers and move my body more I DO LOSE! What a concept, right? My problem is long term. I've reach the 26lbs , 27lbs, 29lbs lost sooo many times. After 2 or 3 months of the healthier routine and liftstyle I stumble. A vacation derails me. A stressful week at work derails me. Getting sick derails me. When I say "derail" I mean full change of habits and gaining everything back plus some. Repeatedly, I reach a point where I let life derail me and I have never made it past the 30lbs lost mark. When you have as much weight to lose as I do that is very deflating. I feel like over the years I've created a huge mental hurdle and for once I would like to jump over that thing!!! I'm hoping that the DB games and community of motivation here can help me finally reach that point!
