For the first 6 months of this year I was obesessed with going to the gym. I went without fail 5x a week. I had joined an Orangtheory gym and fell in love with the workout. In that 6 months I didn't lose any weight because I was still eating like the world was going to end the next day. However, I did gain quite a lot of lean muscle mass...underneath my layers of fat! Sometime in June I became busy and my gym visits dropped to 4x, 3x, then to zero. And now 5 months later my muscles gains are almost gone, replaced by another layer of fat. So here I am at DietBet starting another journey by taking the first of many steps. Day one at the gym is done and today my food goal is to stay away from sugar. Here's to a great first week in this challenge to all the participants!
