This morning I woke up ruing my choices of yesterday because my stomach was very unhappy with me and was cramping up.  But I am feeling much better now.

I really savored the spicy pumpkin pie, but I am sure that is what put me over the edge.  I drank a ton of water last night, so I didn't bother weighing this am.  Tomorrow I will weigh in and see where I stand.

Day 12 finds me in Phase 3 - "Unleash the Burn"  This is the very high protein, high-vegetable, low-carbohydrate, low-fat phase.  (Friday, Saturday & Sunday).

This phase is the only one where healthy fats are allowed, including raw nuts.

Plan for today:

Breakfast:  1/2 cup Quinoa ( 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil), 3.85 ounces leftover Turkey (sprinkle of chicken stock), 1/2 Yam and 1 Grapefruit.

Snack 1:  Raw Cashews and Carrots

Lunch:  Flank Steak, Broccoli and Grapefruit.

Snack 2:  Amy's Refried Black Beans and Carrots

Dinner:  Pork Tenderloin roulade with turkey bacon, garlic and herbs, brussel sprouts and yam
