This week, I began drinking 64+ ounces of water daily, as well as taking a multivitamin.  I also purchased a FitBit bracelet to begin tracking my sleep patterns and activity levels.  I decided to purchase the NutriSystem Vegetarian meals as well (for one month) to see if that will make a positive difference.  I feel motivated to make positive changes and am hoping I can stay on track!  I have lost 2.4 lbs. so far! :)
