So here I am at day 15 with 2 days of "carbs & fruit" to "Unwind Stress and Calm the Adrenals", and what am I excited about - apples!  For the next 2 days apples are on my approved foods list.

Todays plan:

Breakfast:  Oatmeal with cinnamon and clove and 1/2 an organic gala apple topped with 1/2 cup of pomegranate arils

Snack 1:  Organic Gala Apple

Lunch:  Quinoa with grated carrots and spinach (pomegranate vinegar), "toasted" Garbanzo Beans (cumin, Majadra curry, allspice), cinnamon apple and pomegranate arils

Snack 2:  Grapefruit with chipotle powder

Dinner:  Filet of Beef, quinoa, yam
