Needed to save this quote I ran accross today!  This is definitely a journey and I'm changing all of those things!  

A weight loss journey is not about losing weight at all, it's about changing the way we think and feel about our selves while we change our way of life.  

So far I've learned:

  • Food is fuel for our bodies.
  • One day of messing up is life and is okay!
  • I am capable!
