Wht wait until January 1st?  Carpe Diem!

D-Burn is a five day eating plan to "unblock the body's digestive barriers and torch torso fat to create a flat belly and tighter waistline"...  Supposedly I can expect to lose up to 5 pounds in these 5 days...

Art took me to "Robber Market" (aka Whole Food Market) yesterday so I could get all my lovely veggies & herbs for my D-Burn.

So I have almost all my ingredients.  Someone came in Wednesday and purchased ALL their fennel, but I don't need that for a couple more days.

Today's eating plan includes:

Breakfast:  Smoothie (Pumpkin Seeds, Green Apple, Cucumber, Basil, Lemon, Chia) and D-Burn Tea (Cinnamon, peppermint tea, licorice tea, ginger, fennel seeds)

Snack:  D-Burn Soup

Lunch:  Lentil Chili

Snack:  D-Burn Soup

Dinner:  Beef & Brocoli Bowl

Snack:  Stewed Prunes
