So yesterday went very well.  I did 3 "boosters", my Walk You Belly Flat DVD from Leslie Sansone (with bosting exercises) and I added aloe vera to my smoothie, and I did a wheat grass shot in the afternoon.

Today I have already added 4 "boosters" - I did a Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar "shot" in my first water, I added aloe to my smoothie, I rubbed neem oil mixed with coconut oil on my abdomen, and I had saurkraut with the second half of my smoothie (separately).  I plan to work out again today*.

Dinner tonight is Stuffed Zucchini.
