I was able to lose 13 or so pounds with the Powell carb cycling program about a year ago.  It's the first time I ever dieted and actually lost weight.

I've gradually gained most of it back (up to 205 or so right now).  Lately I've been drinking a lot and eating too much junk food.

I am sure I can do this.

I need to:

- Cut out the alcohol (something I should do anyway).

- Count all my calories (hard but important)

- Do the carb cycling thing again (It worked once!)

- Eat lots of vegetables and fruits.

- Don't eat processed food

- Exercise every day

Ride bike as much as I can

Go to the gym

Work out at home
