Ok, so this will be a quick post because I just spent all of my screen time organizing my workouts for the month of January - I've decided that since I can't play rugby anymore (see car accident 2015) I'm going to try refereeing - however, my fitness is a problem for me. SO, I checked out the various online rugby ref fitness programs and settled on one from South Africa:

It is a combination of circuit wieights, interval training and traditional cardio. Spent some quality time figuring out when I was going to work out this month, and programming the workouts into my phone (I use the Full Fitness app for my strength training). 

 

I'm excited.Also, I worked out this morning at the gym for the first time in forever, now that we have snow, and it was fun.
