MY FITNESS JOURNEY BEGAN RIGHT AFTER MY HONEYMOON IN JAMAICA IN AUGUST/SEPTEMBER OF 2013! MY HUSBAND AND I DID A PHOTO SHOOT - THERE WAS ONE PHOTO IN PARTICULAR THAT I THOUGHT I JUST LOOKED HUGE COMPARED TO HIM! AS SOON AS WE GOT HOME, IT WAS TIME TO GET TO WORK. I DID LIVEFIT FOR 8 OUT OF THE 12 WEEKS. I QUIT BASICALLY BECAUSE THE HOLIDAYS HAD HIT AND I WAS "TOO BUSY" TO WORK-OUT. I WAS AT MY HEAVIEST WEIGHT AROUND 206 WHEN I WENT ON MY HONEYMOON. ABOUT A MONTH AFTER I HAD QUIT LIVEFIT I JUMPED ON THE SCALE AND WAS DOWN TO 195. (I AM SURE IT IS BECAUSE OF ALL THAT MUSCLE-MASS I HAD LOST)

THROUGHOUT 2014, I WOULD WORK OUT HERE AND THERE BUT NOTHING MUCH. I GOT DOWN TO ABOUT 192. 

IN 2015, I JOINED OUR ANNUAL WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE AT WORK. I STAYED WITH IT FOR ABOUT A MONTH AND THEN GOT PREGNANT WITH MY SON. I ONCE AGAIN QUIT WORKING OUT. I DID NOT GAIN MUCH WEIGHT THROUGHOUT MY PREGNANCY MAYBE ABOUT 13-14 LBS (TOWARDS THE END IS WHEN I GAINED 6 OF THOSE POUNDS DUE TO EDEMA) WHEN I WENT IN TO HAVE MY SON, ON SEPTEMBER 26TH, 2015, I WEIGHED ABOUT 204-205 POUNDS. 

WHEN I CAME HOME FROM THE HOSPITAL I WEIGHED MYSELF AND I WAS AT 192 LBS. WITHIN A WEEK OF HAVING MY SON I WAS DOWN ANOTHER 12 POUNDS SO I WEIGHED 180 LBS (I WAS VERY LUCKY THE WEIGHT PLUS SOME JUST FELL RIGHT OFF) SINCE THEN I HAVE GAINED ABOUT 2 POUNDS BACK, SO I WEIGH ABOUT 183 POUNDS RIGHT NOW. 

THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER SHARED ABOUT MY WEIGHT WITH MY ACTUAL WEIGHTS IN THERE. I FEEL LIKE SHOWING MY WEIGHT AND TELLING ABOUT MY WEIGHT WILL HOLD ME MORE ACCOUNTABLE! MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO WEIGH 133 LBS. (50 POUNDS TO GO!) 

I AM ON A MISSION TO LOSE THE WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF. MY BROTHER IS GETTING MARRIED IN AUGUST AND WANTS US TO GO ON THEIR HONEYMOON WITH THEM SO I HAVE GOALS THAT NEED TO BE MET! I WANT TO BE SEXY FOR MY HUSBAND. I WANT TO BE HEALTHY AND FIT FOR MY SON. MOST IMPORTANTLY I WANT TO DO THIS FOR MYSELF. I DO NOT WANT TO SPEND THE REST OF MY LIFE WORRY ABOUT THIS WEIGHT OR TRYING TO GET IT OFF... I AM READY TO GET RID OF THE WEIGHT AND BE DONE WITH IT SO I CAN FOCUS ON STAYING TONED AND HEALTHY.
