There's something about a new year that sparks the feeling of new "POSSIBILITIES".  

While I've restarted my eating/training plans numerous times during 2015, it's always nice to have a start that seems super fresh!  

It's definitely a journey for me -- 200+ lbs to lose.  But I think staying focused on my goal, consistency, believing in myself a little more each day, and staying inspired is the path to ultimately getting where I want to be.  =)

Yeah, I can do this!  And off I go....
