Hello all. I stumbled upon this "challenge" and I'm intrigued by it. I'm a 36-year old semi-active female who has wanted to lose weight for quite some time. I would always start and fall by the wayside. My goal is to make small changes which eventually add up to long-term results.
My mantra for 2016 is Live My Life's Purpose. Let's see how this goes. I'm ultra competitive so I'm prayerful that I stick to it even after the "hype" has ended.
